“Low impact” flying events were planned.  Wally Bigelow has put together a set of prizes to be awarded.  Dave Walker has lots of venison burger for the BBQ.  The weather forecast looked good.

Wally Bigelow says Hodgins Drug & Toy has fuel.  The 10% nitro/20% oil blend (the most popular) is available along with 15% nitro fuel.

Glider Meets

The Orrin Crooks Memorial glider meet, an annual event CD’ed by Bruce Bumgarner, was held at the Lewiston club field on the weekend of May 14-15.  There were 25 flyers.  The weather was rainy in the morning on Saturday, but was excellent the rest of the weekend.
