Flying/Building Reports

Gunnar Sorem is building a percussion cap pistol for his senior project. His Albatros project is stalled.  Gunnar has been flying at Leroy Johnson's field.

Sam Sorem built three foamies, a very fast GeeBee R-1 and two very slow flyers. Sam also assembled a helicopter in two evenings.

Don Hart has been flying indoors at the Asotin school gym and outdoors at the Lewiston field. Don flew the ModelTech Hurricane that he showed at the last meeting.

Phil Talman has been flying after work at Leroy Johnson's field. He tried a flat wing foamy with lights, unfortunately with no light on the tail, an "interesting" experience. Phil is building a 40 size Great Planes J-3 Cub.

Mark Scarborough got a Park Zone Mustang. He says it flies well for a foamy. Mark got a Spektrum DX6i for bind-and-fly planes.

Parker Sorem has been flying the foamy bipe he showed at the last meeting.
